Softball (May - July)
One or two co-ed teams generally form each spring to play in the Crystal Lake Park District Co-Recreational 14" Mush Softball League. Games are played on Friday nights at Lippold Park on Route 176 in Crystal Lake. Of course, family, friends and other LOC members come out to cheer them on and often enjoy a little social activity at the ice cream shop afterward. Practice begins in late April. All players must be 18 or older.

Bowling Begins September 15th
Light of Christ has our very own coed bowling league that meets once a month for a little friendly competition. It is a handicap league so it doesn't matter if you are just playing for fun or you are a regular bowler, come join the fun. We have theme nights and end-of-season prizes, and always some great snacks each month. You can put together your own team or sign up on your own and we'll get you into a team. The league meets the third Sunday each month from 6-8:30pm. Currently, the teams gather at Liberty Lanes in Carpentersville.
Registration begins in August. Contact: Sandy Wolf
